Information stored locally

PawInvoice stores invoice drafts, saved clients, business details, uploaded logos, and styling preferences in your browser’s local storage. PawInvoice does not operate an account database and does not synchronize this information between devices.

PDF generation

PDF files are generated in your browser. Client names, pet details, addresses, service descriptions, prices, and payment instructions are not uploaded to PawInvoice to generate the file.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, PawInvoice may receive the category, rating, message, optional email address, current page, and submission time. Invoice draft data is never attached automatically.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, for security and service operation. PawInvoice currently does not use advertising trackers.

Your controls

You can remove locally stored PawInvoice data by clearing this site’s browser data. Clearing browser data cannot be reversed, so keep copies of important PDFs and records.
